Rumor & POLIMODA in Mexico CityEarlier this month, I had the opportunity to participate in a fast-paced, collaborative workshop in Mexico City, hosted by Brand Rumor in partnership with POLIMODA, the leading fashion institute based in Florence, Italy. The goal? To co-create fresh, forward-thinking proposals for the brand across all areas of its identity — from digital presence and social media to runway logistics, styling, brand activations, marketing, and overall creative direction.
This wasn’t a sit-and-listen kind of event — it was an immersive, hands-on sprint. We were challenged to work in small teams, conceptualizing and producing tangible ideas in a short timeframe. The energy in the room was fast, collaborative, and incredibly inspiring. Each team focused on a different piece of the puzzle, and the proposals that came out of it were diverse, experimental, and aligned with Rumor’s distinct creative edge. From social strategies to event planning, the level of thought and detail in just a few hours was impressive.
I was responsible for the experience design and the digital invitation for the brand’s activation concept. With only two hours to deliver, the challenge was to create something polished, engaging, and on-brand — fast.I designed a TikTok-style video invitation that featured:
This approach allowed us to create a sleek, dynamic digital invite that captured the aesthetic of the brand while leveraging tools that made the most of the limited time.
This workshop was a powerful reminder of how much can be accomplished in a short time when the right people come together with a shared vision.Thank you to Brand Rumor and POLIMODA for the opportunity — and to everyone involved for making it such a creatively rewarding experience.
